For a long time, I analyzed the process of how I managed to help myself to overcome a difficult period in my life. I realized that I had already written on this topic in my post What to do if you can’t afford therapy. But something that definitely motivated me the most and kept me alive was the motivational videos I regularly followed on YouTube. While ironing clothes, doing laundry, washing dishes, cleaning, cooking, resting, and relaxing, I watched a video. Basically, I listened to them, but visually, I feel much more comfortable when I see someone talking. Below you can see several channels that I regularly followed, some less, and some more.

What I have to emphasize is that following too many channels can act demotivating. Therefore, my advice is to choose two to three (and even one is quite sufficient) that you will follow regularly.

Definitely, the thing I liked most about these channels is that they are educative, motivating, and tailored for anyone who wants to live happier. In almost every video, there is something that can help you, and also all of these channels regularly put new videos, and every day you will have something to watch. I love the most when I watch a video several times because I do not have enough concentration always to hear everything that is transmitted. Or better yet, I often read the comments below to see how people think. Very often I have missed some part in the video, so in the comments myself, I will understand what it is about.

Sometimes I say to myself, maybe someone like me, in the worst days of his life is coming to this post, wanting to help himself, and only one video can change his whole life. But on the other hand, I do not remember having one such video, but upgraded one after the other. First, I got into listening to videos through videos with information about the law of attraction. I’m still following and listening to those videos when I forget how important our thoughts are.
