This is one of the 2-minute desserts I make when I’m lazy or don’t have the time to make something more time-consuming. It’s healthy, made only with fruit, cocoa powder and honey or another liquid sweetener (like maple or agave syrup). However, very often I omit the sweetener if the banana is ripe enough and is giving enough sweetness to the cream.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and cut the avocado and the banana in a deep bowl. You can use a fork to mash the fruit, or if you want silk consistency you can use a hand blender
- When the fruit is mashed, add cocoa powder and honey, and continue mashing until you get homogenous mass
- Put the mousse in a nice bowl and enjoy.
